My perennial flower garden reminds me that time doesn’t stand still, even during these lazy days of summer…
Every week or two, new flowers are in bloom.
Daisies and lilies are currently at the beginning of their blooming season.
I also noticed these low-lying red knautia flowers (above). They continue to bloom after the daisies are gone.
My main gardening tasks these days involve cutting back flowers that have finished blooming so that new flowers can be fully enjoyed.
