A few of the sunflower seeds my son and I planted in indoor pots survived, so I took them outdoors to harden them.
They were fine for about a day - then some animal bit most of them, breaking their stems.
Then I quickly planted them all in a garden bed together with a tomato plant I bought.
If any sunflower seeds grow and flower, it will be a miracle!
Personally I have very little hope - but gardening is full of surprises!
