"One of Those" Days"!

It never rains - but pours, we sometimes say...

Yesterday was definitely one of "those" days!

Terry and I were at home waiting for not one but two tradespeople to do work at the house... That was stressful for me, in these pandemic times... How long would they stay? How close would we have to stand to talk to them? Hopefully they'll wear masks...

It was also garbage day... 

At one point I looked outdoors to see a very large delivery truck unloading wood for the construction site across the street...

Would the tradespeople park down the street if they came now? I wondered... But fortunately they didn't come during the half hour the truck was there.

A few minutes later, Terry came in and said: The garbage truck can't get down the street because a large crane is removing a neighbor's tree.

What next?!

It's stressful enough thinking about people coming into the house - during these pandemic days - without the added stress of not knowing how they'll be able to get down the street!

It's definitely "one of those days"!
