Construction Continues

There is lots of building going on in our neighborhood.

On a recent walk to the public library, I noticed that windows are being installed in the new college gym.

Not that long ago, they were putting up the metal frame!

I wonder if the windows will all be in before the first snowfall.

Closer to home, the two houses being built across the street are coming along too. Trucks are coming and going all the time...

It’s a hive of activity. 

My neighbour Mary gets a really good view from her kitchen window.

Now that the basement walls are up, it won’t be long before the framing will begin. The owner is hoping to have all the framing done before the snow falls. They may have to work quickly! Nobody knows when that will occur!
