I was recently looking through my bins of fabric and unfinished projects, when I came across some squares made by a neighbor who used to live across the street.
I'm not going to quilt any more, she told me one day. Would you like my fabric scraps?
Of course, I would! I love working with scraps! I told her...
So I took them home - together with some squares she had started... Over the years, I've used up most of the scraps...
But I've never really looked at these squares... Hmmm. I've never made a quilt with a white background... And I do like the subdued colors...Maybe I should make these squares into a quilt for my next quilting project...
