Everything Old is New Again!??

I recently came across a picture of my mother when she retired from teaching about 30 years ago.

I don't remember these glasses...











 

A few days later, I came across a magazine picture of a woman who makes cosmetics. She is about my mother's age - and I assume this is a recent photo...

She is wearing the same style glasses!

I wonder - has she taken out an old pair (say, 30 years old)? Or are these frames back in style again?!!
