Six weeks ago, my one flowering African Violet was doing really well - but I made the mistake of overwatering it. All the lovely flowers died.
Since the leaves continued to look healthy, I kept it in the window… And, all these weeks later, it has recovered!
A few flowers are starting to bloom! Such a surprise! I thought I had killed the plant.
Another surprise: Nearby I on the window ledge sits a bowl of green cherry tomatoes that I picked (so that the squirrels wouldn’t get to them first). They’ve been sitting there for weeks, leaving me wondering if I had made a mistake in picking them green…
But I notice that one is turning pink! (So all is not lost!)
