Forgotten Flowers

I tend to notice flowers planted in the front yard, ignoring those planted in the back or beside our house.

Two of my "neglected" flowers are this two-tone lily, which seems to be thriving - though neglected. I don't remember it ever having so many blooms.

Also this solitary rose which I noticed recently. I had given up on the three rose bushes I had planted beside the house. All three were potted plants given to my mother.

I don't know what happened to the other two.

(Perhaps, if I did some weeding our there, I'll find them, too!)
