A fund-raiser for the Boys and Girls Club, it is popular with locals and people (like us) who come from afar.
Held in Hardy Park, located on the St. Lawrence River, it is a hub of activity.
We headed straight for the ribs...
... and barbecued corn on the cob.
Then we walked around. There was a lot to see.
First we watched an arm-wrestling competition.
Clubs as far away from Quebec participated! (Is arm wrestling an Olympic sport yet??!)
There was a petting zoo.
And, of course, there was the waterfront.
There was lots of activity in the water: boats, kids swimming.
We always enjoy Brockville in summer!
