Summer is a great time for discovering new favorite places.
On our recent visit to the village of Burnstown, we stopped at Arnprior, a town a few miles away, on the Ottawa River.
There, for the first time, we discovered their spacious city park.
Families were having picnics... though not in the gazebo!
The water was apparently good for swimming...
We could see two lifeguards on duty and people in the water.
A peaceful place to spend a few hours... even for seagulls!
I'm sure we'll be back!
