This year I usually get my exercise in a large shopping centre. I arrive early - window shop as I walk around each level before the crowds arrive - then head home.
But occasionally I crave fresh outdoor air...
So Terry and I head to a path by the river.
In summer, this place is busy...
Boats going by...
Walkers and cyclists on the paths.
But now we have the place to ourselves.
A perfect place to appreciate the beauty of nature ... and be part of it.
