Last Sunday we were in Guelph. As we drove past a riverside park, suddenly all traffic on the street came to a halt.
Why?
A family of geese decided to cross the street… out for a Sunday stroll.
We humans aren’t the only ones to think that “the grass is always greener on the other side…”!
Actually, their grass was pretty dry and yellow, in Guelph, compared to our lawns in Ottawa. They haven’t had all the showers we’ve had - but we’ve all shared the hot weather.
A reminder that weather isn’t the same in all parts of the province.
