I bought this battery-operated travel clock many years ago, before a solo trip. I was afraid of missing flights in various time zones and didn’t want to risk not having the right electrical plug in.
It has served me well for many years - on trips or just sitting near my favourite chair at home.
A few days ago it stopped running, even with a new battery. Panic!! How will I manage on trips without it?!
My phone… I’ll have to get my kids to teach me the intricacies of alarm clock mode on my cell phone. Hopefully it won’t let me down!
And fortunately we do have another clock that I can put next to my favourite chair.
Some habits - like looking up to check the time - are hard to break!
