Since late last December, I’ve been keeping track of when the sun rises and sets in our Ottawa community.
My weather app gives me this information, making it easy to track.
But I’m also puzzled... Who determines these things?!
We used to live in a city called Nepean - until Nepean was absorbed into Ottawa. But my weather app often claims that sunrise or sunset arrives a minute later in our “Nepean” neighborhood than in Ottawa...
In the big picture, it really doesn’t matter, but it’s still truly puzzling to me!
