For several months now, I've been working on a multicolour project using a new (to me) technique called mosaic inlay crochet.
I fell in love with a pattern - then I had to teach myself how to do it. Also how to read the pattern graph. Fortunately there are lots of instructional YouTube videos out there online.
After some initial missteps - seen in this white to purple sample - I finally got the idea...
So I started over in purple and variegated pastel. Dramatic color contrast makes such a difference.
This is one side.
Here's the other. Can't believe it's done!
(And now I'm already thinking about making another!)
