Progress


I aim to walk 10,000 steps a day. I think exercise is important - and indoor walking is relatively safe - no uneven surfaces, except for stairs, which I avoid.

My goal hasn't changed much over the past few years - but my walking app recently gave me encouraging news: I'm walking farther than I did last year! 



Have my "virtual hikes" encouraged me to take a few more steps daily? I wonder..,
