A few days ago... as we near the end of our 2024 growing season, I saw this idea online.
Plant popcorn for greenery...
The last time I planted sunflower seeds, hoping to have lovely tall sunflowers in the front yard, they didn't take. Maybe the squirrels dug them up or the birds ate them!
Perhaps I'll have better luck with popcorn!
Hmmm. I may have to start it indoors to protect the seeds from animals!
The only way I'll remember to do it in 6 months is to add it to my 2025 calendar! Time to plan! And I'd better do it now or I'll forget!
