National Ice Cream Day?!!

Yesterday was "National Ice Cream Day"...

Yesterday was also my mother's birthday! She was born 105 years ago in Ukraine. 

She and my dad loved ice cream - so I know she'd have been thrilled to share the day... and some ice cream!
