One of my indoor plants - a rattlesnake plant - was a "gift" from my daughter. She gave it to me because it wasn't doing well at her place.
"Maybe you can revive it," she said.
I've had it since last fall and it didn't do much better at our place - until I read some care instructions online, when I was making my houseplant crib instructions...
I hadn't been watering it often. With a name like rattlesnake plant, I had envisioned it came from a desert climate. Watering it liberally now, twice a week, seems to have turned it around.
Every day there's more growth!
