Over the years I've planted different flowers in my front garden bed - and some, maybe a third or a quarter, eventually disappear.
One plant - with small red flowers - that I remember from quite a few years ago - has made a comeback this year. It's called "knautia."
I'm delighted!
I liked it, in part, because it has a long growing season. It blooms longer than many perennials.
Now I need to hunt for another plant - one with yellow flowers - that I remember planting next to it! I wonder if it's still there, hidden by plants I call "weeds"!
