The weather sunny but cool when Terry and I headed over to Pointe Gatineau a few days ago to walk by the river.
Walking along the sidewalk next to the river, we only saw one boat - though a few small planes passed overhead.
I caught one in the top right corner of this photo.
The plane may have come from a small private airport across the river on the Ottawa side, or perhaps from the Aviation Museum nearby.
The wind was brisk and cool...
There are paths through wooded parkland nearby that we really should explore... but my first love is walking by the river!
