Slow Salad

I need to eat more veggies. To make life easier, I buy my salad greens in the supermarket...

It's faster this way - or so I thought, until a health warning came out: Watch out for red blister beetles.

Now I turn over every leaf to check and double-check, making it a slow process indeed!

(Maybe I should go back to growing lettuce in my garden. That way the bugs I'd have to watch out for would be our less toxic local kind!)
