On our last visit to Carleton Place, Terry and I discovered that they were celebrating the grand opening of their newly renewed historic Bridge Street, an old part of town with many interesting buildings...
We checked out menus of cafes with sidewalk seating in summer...
... admiring beautiful old buildings, like the city hall (below).
I wonder if there used to be metal plaques on its lovely old doors.
One of the loveliest spots on Bridge Street was...
...the bridge itself and its beautiful views.
I'd like to go back for a day to explore even more.
