Perennial flower beds can be so beautiful!
They bloom, even if the gardener is too busy to do much - as I was this spring.
I started these perennial beds quite a few years ago - motivated (by a neighbor's stunning backyard "country garden") ...
For years I added to them. These white daisies came from a colleague's overflowing garden...
These orange lilies were in our yard when we moved here, but I divided them and spread them around.
After all these years, they still give me great joy!
I don't get all that many day lily blooms .... I don't know why.
Unlike my neighbor's very organize and tidy "country garden" - my flowers are a chaotic mess!
But I love them...
I hope they brighten the moods of passers-by as well!
