A week ago, Jericho and I had fun raking leaves and picking up pinecones. We did part of the front yard, leaving little piles that Terry later collected, as he raked the rest if the yard.
The nearby college grounds people are also dealing with fallen leaves - in their own way.
I'm not sure what they're doing. Their machine seems to be moving them into piles on the street.
They told Terry that the plan was to bring another machine to vacuum them up. But I think they're secretly hoping that the wind will blow them DOWN THE STREET where they will become someone else's problem!
(I mean, isn't that what we all hope for?!)
