A few days ago, I decided to walk to our neighborhood library - even though it was raining lightly...
I hadn't taken this route on foot since before last winter's snowfall.
It was interesting to see the progress that had been made on the light rail station being built next to the college. Is that (above) the framework for a pedestrian bridge? They have quite a few at the college.

The ducks... and seagull I saw (top picture) didn't mind the showers. I also passed some college horticultural students who were working outdoors. (I didn't take their picture...) They would probably have preferred a sunny day - but, like farmers everywhere, gardeners don't always have a choice!
