Yesterday, Ottawa had a day of freezing rain… Terry and I made no plans to leave the house.
I spent the day trying on summer clothing and putting my warmest things away in an upstairs closet.
Terry - to my dismay - decided he absolutely needed to trim back a high branch that was touching a wire. To do that he needed to trudge over to a neighbour’s house to borrow a long branch trimmer.
I refused to watch - but he did manage to do it and return unscathed!
