Winter Has Really Begun!
Two days ago, on the last day of 2019, we awoke to find fluffy, wet snow on the ground...
Terry headed out to shovel... (This is the kind of weather when I stay indoors...)
I guess we should be thankful that December gave us a month of good winter weather, Terry later said.
His "90-days-of winter" countdown begins on December 1. That's when the average daytime temperature in our region falls below freezing, where it stays until March 1.
Looking at the world of white outdoors, I have to conclude that winter has really begun...
