Irises in Bloom

My flower beds are full of green growth these days.

(Unfortunately, the weeping cherry tree in the middle of the front garden bed has very few leaves... Did I accidentally kill it?!)

New flowers in bloom these days are the purple irises. Thanks to my friend Janet, I have a number of varieties...

I'm glad to see that the delicate white anemones are still blooming.

Like all perennials, the anemones and irises only flower for several weeks before they disappear for another year.
