Appreciating Shady Corners of the Yard

I've been wandering around the yard, wondering what needs to be done now that it's finally cool enough to work outdoors again...

This quiet shady corner is often overlooked. It has no flowers, only greenery. The hostas, lily of the valley and Pachysandra planted here need very little care.

(I love low-maintenance gardens like this!)

Maybe it's time to remove the black compost containers and make this a quiet sitting area! (And perhaps add a few flowers that do well in the shade.)
