April Flowers 2011

Spring arrived late in our part of eastern Ontario this year... In contrast to last year's abundance of April flowers, only two kinds bloomed in my yard this April:

Scillas...














And a few star-shaped tulip tarda...














And they haven't been abundant, as they only bloom on sunny days... and we've had a lot of rain.

Hopefully we'll have an abundance of flowers in May!
