A Simple Quilt

My daughter sends her quilts home for me to wash! She doesn't trust the laundromat washing machines she uses to be free of bleach.

Last time we were in Toronto she sent this quilt home with me. I had never seen it before...








 



So simple - both front and back. (This is the back.)

Most of her quilts patterns are so intricate I wouldn't even try making one!













(I don't match corners well, either... so I wouldn't do these triangles!)








  

But this simple bar quilt - with its long strips of fabric and machine quilting - inspires me to try!
