"Halloween fever" has taken hold!
Decorations everywhere! (Even at the mall...)
When my kids were young, we'd carve a pumpkin to make a jack-o-lantern. The next day, I'd scrape out the melted candle wax and make pumpkin pie.. (But I haven't done that for years!)
My grandson informed me that pumpkins can also be carved into boats... Really?!!
So I did an online search...
It turns out he was right!
I guess I've just never seen a pumpkin big enough to sit in!
