However, I'd like to re-use the lemon skins after I squeeze the lemons.
I usually drop them into a pitcher or glass of warm water and drink the lemon-flavored water throughout the day.
But this website (Thankyourbody.com) has other suggestions, too. (Thirty-one, in fact!)
I'm not ready to put lemon peel into the dishwasher...
But I might try cleaning tarnish off stainless steel pots and pans with salt, scrubbed with lemon peel.
