- Fill a ramekin with uncooked spinach or kale... One ramekin per person.
- Break an egg and drop it on top of the green vegetable.
- Add a teaspoon of milk or cream.
- Mix lightly with a fork.
- Then add bits of cheese, to taste.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius) for 20 to 30 minutes.
