Minty Chocolate Cookies

One of the things I look forward to in Toronto is buying a certain chocolate cookie found at Noah's Natural Foods. One bite and I was hooked!... They are strangely addictive!














They're not much to look at, but they taste so good! I love chocolate...


















...But it's the strong mint flavor that keeps me going back for more.














Maybe I should just toss my vanilla extract and add mint flavoring to everything I bake!
