In the absence of sports on TV, Terry has found the perfect hot-weather pastime... watching highway construction online...
The main highway through Ottawa (called the "Queensway") was recently closed for four days for a major construction project... two bridge replacements...
Cameras showed the whole operation - from the removal of the old bridges to the installation of the new ones, which crews moved into place from a nearby construction site.
The whole process could be watched in "real time" - or (later on) sped up so that the four-day process could be seen in a few minutes.
