Visiting Port Hope, Ontario

Driving past towns and cities on Highway 401, Terry and I occasionally stop and walk around some of these lovely places.

Recently, on our way home from Toronto, we took a brunch break in Port Hope...

After wandering around a bit, we stopped in at Dreamers' Cafe (home of the famous Crazy Cookie!)

No cookies for us this time! Terry had waffles...

I ate a breakfast sandwich...

Then we wandered around a bit more, before heading home.

A restful break on our five-hour drive from Toronto to Ottawa.
