Another Afghan Done!

In my ongoing attempt to COMPLETE some of the many UNFINISHED projects in our house, I am delighted to announce that an afghan I started last winter is finally done!!


















The afghan was inspired by a photo in the book, the Gentle Art of Domesticity (page 95 and others)...














It has a long blogging history: Trying like mad to complete it last spring, I injured my wrist through "over-crocheting"! At the suggestion of an occupational-therapist/fellow-crafter I know, I tried using a wrist brace, but it didn't make crocheting fun! So eventually I put it aside.

Now my wrist is better... and I'm on to my next (unfinished!) project!
