Early June Gardening

I love perennials - they constantly surprise me with their blooming. As I wander around the yard, some recent discoveries include:














Lily of the valley...














Canadian anemones (with purple lamium flowers in the background)...














Irises...














(in different heights and colors)














These are leaning on some variegated grass. We get strong winds from time to time, so it's nice for the plants to support each other.














And, of course, a few blooms I can't identify - like this tiny pink flower above!














And these pink flowers. (Could they be carnations??) I'll have to ask my neighbor, Rob!
