Sometimes Things work TOO Well!

I bought these shoes for this pre-winter season. They were warmer than my summer loafers and equally comfortable...














But the zippers were stubbornly sticky. So I used my trick for dealing with sticky zippers whether on jackets or shoes...














Rub them with candle wax!

A few rubs, and the zippers began to run smoothly... A little too smoothly, in fact...














Whenever I take a few steps, the right zipper opens up! Every time! (So I'm constantly bending down to zip it up!)

Now I'm looking for a way to restore SOME of the old sticky resistance!
