
The first snow of the winter! By morning it was plain to see...

The weathermen had missed it...

It surprised them too!

It looks lovely - but I'm really not ready for it yet... (It's not the cold I dread as much as the icy roads and sidewalks... that keep me indoors much of the time!)

But it was a good REALITY CHECK for me, reminding me that winter was coming and I'd better be prepared!
