Baked Ham and Eggs

An easy but tasty breakfast recipe that's high in protein...

Put one round slice of ham in a custard cup. Push it down to create a cavity for the egg.

I then added a small piece of cheddar cheese - but this is optional.

Break a raw egg into the middle of the ham.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.



I intended to add a few cherry tomatoes before baking, but forgot - so I added them afterwards...

Quick and delicious!
