Visiting Statues of Canadian Prime Ministers

Near Guelph, where my daughter lives, there's a park with statues of Canadian prime ministers...

Terry and I drove there a few weeks ago...

It's surprising how many of these prime ministers I actually remember!

Like Lester B. Pearson, who was prime minister when I was in grade school.

My granddaughter was wondering why he had his shoes off...

I really didn't know!

The setting is lovely...

The park is next to Castle Kilbride in Wilmot Township - near Kitchener Waterloo.

Canada's first prime minister - Sir John A. McDonald welcomes visitors to sit and relax a while!

We were happy to oblige!
