An Ocean Sunrise

The mouth of the St. Lawrence River, where the river meets the sea, is a lovely vacation spot. Saltwater mixes with fresh, and the tides flow in and out at this point of the river.














On a recent visit to Sainte-Flavie, I was lucky enough to wake up early...














And watch the dawn break, with the water reflecting the sky...














I'm not sure if the tide was going out or coming in...














There were sea gulls flying around...














... and the sound of waves washing on the shore.














These silent moments are a memory I don't want to forget...
