Cheesecake in a Jar

On a recent trip to Montreal, I discovered a new way of serving cheesecake...

In a jar... (which can be refrigerated, covered with a lid...)

The base was cookie crumbs, and the cheese cake was layered with fresh fruit.

Cool and refreshing...

I can't wait to try it at home for myself!
