Mother's Day Coffee

This Mother's Day I received a gift of coffee... All my kids know I love it... They may not know that it's been my  morning drink since I was 12!

This coffee is really special and I'm looking forward to trying it. A souvenir my youngest son and his wife brought back from their latest vacation, the coffee was wood-fire roasted in the Yukon...

And the roasting process was powered by someone pedaling a bike! It all sounds very weird... Here is an online CBC article on how it's done.
