Putting It All Together

Now comes the fun - or frustrating - part of my patchwork quilt project: putting the pieces together.

My aim is to not put identical pieces too close together, though it probably wouldn't make any difference to the overall appearance if I did.














I started out laying pieces out on the floor - but then I ran out of space!














So I ended up laying them out on this double bed. Looking at it from this angle, it probably doesn't matter which pieces are where!
