Shadow Art

A few days ago, my daughter sent me a picture of some origami shadow art.

I'm not sure where this exhibit of shadow faces is being held - but I was impressed with the illusions the artist could create using light and a few wrinkles on simple pieces of paper.

It made me more aware of "shadow art" around me! Before long I noticed some shadow "faces" right in our yard...

These two "heads" were created with the wrinkles in our barbecue cover! They just happened - no artist at work here!
