Last Sunday members of our family met up at Brockville Rib Fest for a fun meal.
We finished off our day by heading to Merrickville for local ice cream.
(Every summer outing should end with ice cream!)
The skies were blue…
But shortly after leaving Merrickville, dark clouds rolled in.
We were forced to pull over and wait in a parking lot as 2 inches / 50 mm of torrential rain came down in 20 minutes…
Glad Terry - not me - was doing the driving! Glad he found the parking lot!
